Notary publics in New York are required to maintain a journal of notarial acts. This journal contains limited information including the date, type of act, signer's name, and identification used. Remote Online Notarization sessions are recorded and retained for the period required by New York State law. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you submit payment information, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Sealmark Group does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials.
