3. Notarial Records

Notary publics in New York are required to maintain a journal of notarial acts. This journal contains limited information including the date, type of act, signer's name, and identification used. Notarial records are maintained securely and are accessible only as required by law or authorized administrative review.

Remote Online Notarization sessions are recorded and retained for the period required by New York State law. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. Payment Processing & Stripe

All payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you submit payment information, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Sealmark Group does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account credentials.

Stripe's collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only as follows:

Service Providers: With trusted vendors (e.g., Stripe, Calendly, RON platforms, email and hosting providers) who assist in operating the Site and providing the Services, under confidentiality obligations.
Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a sale, merger, or restructuring of Sealmark Group Inc, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Note that some information, including notarial journal entries and RON session recordings, must be retained as required by law and cannot be deleted on request.
